OPEN COMMUNICATION IS OUR KEY TO SUCCESS
There are many reasons why we answer the phones here at Heritage. Communication is the key to helping clients begin and end their painting projects. In the very beginning, when the client calls to schedule an estimate, that is when we first start building a relationship with them. That way they won’t feel alone during this process.
We want clients to hear and feel that we offer them time, patience, and an attitude of helpfulness and friendliness. At the same time, we want them to know that we care about each client’s individual project.
After that first phone call, the client may call back with questions about their projects, and it’s very important for us to take the time to answer all of their questions. We want them to feel comfortable and confident in the company they have chosen, along with seeing the great successes we have had over the years.
At that time, if we do not have the answers, we will find them and call that person back in a timely manner.
